All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Please allow additional days for delivery if there are shipping delays due to external factors.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

International shipping rates vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
